Undocumented US Poster Stamp issued in 1909 for the “1915 Boston Exposition”, arranged by civic leaders and businessmen to make Boston “The Finest City in the World”. The committee had a “five-year plan” to foster improvements to education, transportation, economics, and health by 1915, particularly in less affluent neighborhoods.
