The pdf below consolidates the pages initially printed in the Poster Stamp Bulletin over seven issues in 2020-2021. Nick Follansbee took a 1919 booklet produced in Germany and rearranged and cleaned it up to be useful in format to us now. This copy means one does not have to search previous issues to find wanted pages. It will certainly be revised if any present collectors contact the club with new additions or useful information. ––T.M.
