Newsletters by Andreasen & Lachmann of Copenhagen, Denmark
The newsletter, titled “Samlermærket”, was 6 pages all in Danish, printed on beige paper in black ink with highlights of blue ink . We have translated each issue into English and include both versions beside each other, the translation on white paper. Each issue included actual A&L poster stamps mounted in the newsletter, which are shown in each version. Samlermærket publishing was soon expanded to two issues per month, issued on the first and the sixteenth of each month. Between July 1913 and December 1915, A&L published 48 newsletters; World War One disuptions then became great enough that the newsletter was ended, and unfortunately was never revived after the war.
