Samlermærket Newsletter No. 5 – October 16, 1913.
Each edition of the Andreasen & Lachmann newsletter known as Samlermærket (The Poster Stamp) that we publish here on the Poster Stamp Collectors Club website will be accompanied by a short synopsis of the contents of the newsletter.
Page One – Information about “The Copenhagen Stamp”.
Page Two – Details about the inclusion of a non-A&L poster stamp; a small correction; The prize winners at the A&L Exhibition of Poster Stamps; Recurring column “The Question Is” (previously noted as “It Is Asked”. Either translation works).
Page Three – “The Question Is” (continued) Article about the printed size of the newsletter, mentioned as “Universal Format IX”, with an explanation about the sizes and what “Universal Format” means.
Page Four – Eight different actual poster stamps mounted in the newsletter, along with details about each one.
Page Five – A listing, by the numbers of newly issued A&L poster stamps since the last issue of the newsletter; Notes about how subscribers can pick up their newsletter in person, plus details about availability of older issues; Poster stamp values as reported by Jens Fyhr in his “Poster Stamp Price List No. 3”; Poster stamp rhymes as published in a new publication called “The Poster Stamp Gazette” (They do not translate well as poetry).
