August News:
The latest Poster Stamp Bulletin was mailed out August 3 and will be available in a few days online in the Library. PSB #351’s theme is a long cataloging article about the Metzeler Company of Munich and their fairly well known set of 37 advertising stamps in 1912. Metzeler’s business was rubber products, from baby bottle nipples to motorcycle tires; the other pages of the Bulletin continue the rubber theme for other people and eras.
Meanwhile, The Sammlermaerket issues up to #9 of 1913 are available here on the home page and in the articles section. #10 is coming in August.
