Winter is not yet over, but things are sprouting here. Another catalog has been added to the library. It covers Stamp Collars, or in the French term Porte Timbres, released in the early years of the USSR. Here is an example of one issued in France during World War 1, with a regular French issue stamp put on as was intended. An intro to the book, which we have titled USSR Porte-Timbres Catalog (1923-1929) is in the Articles below

The latest Poster Stamp Bulletin newsletter was mailed out a few days ago and has now been posted online. Logged in members can go to the Library Section of the Menu.
January 26:
It’s not snow, it’s a new Book addition to the website: An ADDENDUM To the Catalog A General Illustrated Catalogue of Exhibition and Event Poster Stamps to 1914 published by the Cinderella Stamp Club of Great Britain. The Addendum was compiled by Steven Greiczek, who has been gradually working on additions. This is no small thing, the addendum is over 100 pages with indexing.
For now, a portion of the Events Catalog is posted here, open to anyone to view, but the overall book will be available to members only as of February 1, 2023.
